Sanjoy has a B.Com. (Hons) from St. Xavier’s College, Kolkata and is a Chartered Accountant from Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
Sanjoy has worked with some of the leading hotel brands in India including The Imperial Hotel, New Delhi, The Trident Hotel, Agra and Zuri Group Global.
Being a Bengali, Sanjoy is a foodie and an ardent fan of the legends RD Burman, Kishore Kumar and Asha Bhosle. He is a sports enthusiast and loves playing cricket.

With over 22 years of experience in the culinary industry, he is a firm believer in keeping it simple and authentic. When you speak to Chef Milan, these two qualities not only best describe his cooking but also resonate with his personality.
Chef Milan kick-started his career at one of the most reputed hotels in India, the Taj Mahal Hotel, Mumbai. He worked his way to the top and held senior positions at the Orchid Group of Hotels and the Marriot, Renaissance, Mumbai. With 11 years of experience working at some of the biggest hotel chains, Milan moved into the hardcore F&B industry as the corporate chef for Bluefoods, overseeing pan India operations for restaurants like Spaghetti Kitchen, Copper Chimney and *** to name a few.
With his extensive work in the food & beverages industry, he has been instrumental in the concept creation and brand development of several standalone restaurants, food chains, banqueting facilities and travel food services around the country.
Five years ago, Chef Milan decided to go solo and played a major part in the opening of several new restaurants. He currently owns part of a leading restaurant in Bombay, Taftoon and is also a consultant for many other hotels and restaurants in India.

VP, is a graduate civil engineer and hails from Bengaluru. He has hands on experience over 2 decades in the Construction industry. He has a thorough knowledge on all aspects of the projects activities starting from conceptualization to feasibility studies to design, execution, and successfully handing over. VP has extensive experience in handling highly specified building projects which includes projects in the hospitality, residential and commercial segments besides other civil engineering & infrastructure development projects.
Hospitality projects in which he was actively involved includes JW Marriott at Bangalore, Courtyard Marriott at Bangalore and Double Tree Hilton at Goa. VP, in his previous assignments was associated with firms of international repute like Colliers International and SembCorp at senior positions besides other reputed domestic firms.
